Step 1: Measure Yourself
- Band Size (Underbust):
Measure snugly around your ribcage, just under your bust. Keep the tape parallel to the ground. - Bust Size (Overbust):
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape comfortably snug but not tight. - Cup Size:
Subtract your band size from your bust measurement:- 0–0.5 in = AA
- 1 in = A
- 2 in = B
- 3 in = C
- 4 in = D
- 5 in = DD/E
- 6 in = DDD/F

Fit Tips
- The band should fit snugly but comfortably — it provides most of the support.
- Straps should not dig into your shoulders. Adjust as needed.
- Cups should fully enclose your breasts without spilling over or gaping.
- If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up. During pregnancy and postpartum your body is still changing, and extra room is always more comfortable than too tight. You can always adjust with the straps.
